Job Description

Currently, Red Lobster is seeking part-time Bartenders to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar conditions, and providing excellent hospitality. The position offers weekly pay and competitive salaries, flexible schedules, and outstanding benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at less than $10 per week. Bartenders at Red Lobster are responsible for creating a friendly environment where customers feel welcomed and well taken care of. This includes greeting guests warmly, preparing the bar area to standard before service, suggesting beverage and food pairings, correctly making drinks according to recipes, accurately taking and entering orders, and ensuring customers receive timely and attentive service. Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to the standard, using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills and remove unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
