Job Requirements

- Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
- Ability to stand, reach, walk, and bend for extended periods of time while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to learn from mistakes
- Bartending experience preferred
- Possess or be able to obtain applicable Food/Beverage handling permits

Job Duties
- Warmly and enthusiastically greet each guest
- Make food/beverage recommendations
- Take food/beverage orders and enter into the POS in a timely manner
- Quickly and courteously address any guest questions or concerns
- Work with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure timely delivery of guests orders
- Mix and/or pour alcoholic beverages
- Keep bar area clean, removing dishes/glassware the guest is no longer using
- Anticipate customer needs
- Regularly check on guests to see if they require anything else
- Setup/Breakdown bar/cocktail area
- Enter and process To-Go orders
- Process payments in a timely manner
- As guests depart, thank them for dining with us and encourage them to come see us again
- Observe all company policies and procedures
