We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests receive courteous, swift, and efficient service at our bar. The Bartender will greet guests promptly, take precise orders, and prepare beverages quickly while maintaining a positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude. This role is not only about serving drinks but also about enhancing the overall guest experience by providing attention to detail, quality check backs, and ensuring all transactions are handled accurately. The position also involves assisting with side work, which includes transporting dishware to the kitchen, helping maintain a clean and organized bar area, and supporting other team members as needed.

The successful candidate will be someone with excellent communication skills, a strong team orientation, and the physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. This includes the ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds and perform continuous motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and bilateral use of fingers and wrists for up to eight hours. The role demands not only physical endurance but also quick thinking, professionalism under pressure, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering top-notch hospitality.
