We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.50 and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy engaging with guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for efficiently managing bar supplies, mastering an extensive knowledge of various liquors, drink recipes, garnishes, and proper glassware to deliver exceptional beverage service. You will also ensure accurate cash handling and billing of guests through systems such as MICROS or other registers, while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
In this role, you will anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive relations at all times. Your ability to resolve guest complaints with grace and professionalism will be key to maintaining the high level of guest satisfaction we strive for. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and is equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Formal training regarding liquor liability will be provided within the first 30 days of employment and ongoing refresher courses every two years to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor types drink recipes and proper glassware
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to complete liquor liability training

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all different kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware used for each recipe as well as garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes prices and type of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
