Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months to one year of bartending or related experience preferred
- High-volume, nightlife, or club experience strongly preferred
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20 plus pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of bartending or related experience preferred
- High-volume, nightlife, or club experience strongly preferred
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
Job Duties
- Deliver high-energy, engaging beverage service in a fast-paced nightlife or club environment
- Create a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere that enhances the guest experience
- Prepare and serve beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency under pressure
- Interact with guests in a professional, confident, and personable manner
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service at all times
- Maintain awareness of the environment, including crowd dynamics and guest behavior
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar throughout service
- Support nightclub operations, including peak service periods, special events, and late-night programming
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
