The role also includes taking and serving drink and food orders, issuing guest checks, completing payment processes, and managing intoxicated guests with professionalism and care. Additionally, bartenders assist with beverage inventory, side work prior to the end of shifts, and contribute to sustainability practices under HHM's EarthView program. This position offers a clear growth path within the company, with advancement opportunities moving from Beverage Manager to Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager. The job requires adherence to safety standards, including the use of protective equipment and compliance with OSHA regulations.

The company invests heavily in its workforce by providing comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, and employee wellness programs. The work schedule is flexible but may include holidays, weekends, and shifts that demand physical stamina, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending. This role is ideal for candidates with previous bartending or mixology experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
