The current opportunity is for a Bartender, a vital role responsible for serving beverages and food while ensuring a friendly, courteous, and timely experience for guests. This position not only focuses on outstanding customer service but also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, checking customers’ identification to comply with age restrictions, slicing and preparing garnish for drinks, and efficiently managing drink and food orders. The Bartender will engage directly with guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in bar and lounge areas when applicable. The role also encompasses financial transactions by issuing guest checks and completing payment processes.

Safety and guest satisfaction take precedence in this position. The Bartender is expected to identify and manage intoxicated guests responsibly by following established standards. In addition, the role requires completing side work before shift end, assisting with beverage inventory control to maintain appropriate stock levels, and adhering to sustainability guidelines under HHM’s EarthView program. The Bartender must consistently practice safe work habits and comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, including the use of protective safety equipment and understanding Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
