Mirbeau is a distinguished, Forbes-rated, family-owned hospitality company with a legacy spanning over 25 years, dedicated to delivering award-winning experiences rooted in wellness, care, and excellence. Mirbeau prides itself on fostering a workplace culture where employees feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally. The company places a strong emphasis on health, balance, and well-being, which are central values reflected in all aspects of its operations. Mirbeau operates as a wellness-oriented resort and spa destination, committed to providing guests with elevated, refined service in a tranquil and luxurious environment.

The Bartender role at Mirbeau is far more than just mixing drinks; it is about creating meaningful, personalized guest experiences that align with the resort’s elevated standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with guests and delivering attentive, warm service that elevates every moment. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and attention to detail, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and collaborating closely with the spa, dining, and resort teams to ensure a seamless, relaxing, and refined guest experience.

This is a flexible, part-time position offering a base pay of $8.00 per hour plus tips, with the potential to earn up to $50.00 per hour depending on guest interactions and sales. Working at Mirbeau means being part of a team that values professionalism, polished presentation, and operational efficiency. The bartender will uphold Mirbeau’s standards by greeting guests warmly using Forbes and Mirbeau's language, accurately taking orders via the POS system, and assisting guests with additional service requests. Responsible alcohol service and compliance with local, state, and company policies are vital aspects of this role, as is maintaining the cleanliness and inventory of the bar.

Beyond drink preparation, the bartender plays an essential operational role, including bar setup and breakdown, restocking supplies, assisting with weekly beverage ordering, and reporting to management regarding inventory and service issues. Physical stamina and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed are important for this position. The company supports career advancement potential and offers an array of employee perks such as discounted spa services, medical and dental plans, a 401K matching program, paid time off, and more. If you are looking to join a reputable company focused on wellness and service excellence and want to advance your bartending career in an upscale environment, Mirbeau offers an exceptional opportunity to find your balance and your future.
