Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of bartending experience preferred
- Bartender certification preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree preferred
- Two to three years of experience as bartender in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Certification as a bartender preferred
- Ability to engage with residents and guests effectively
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve bar beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide resident and guest engagement to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Achieve accurate transactions using the point of sale system
- Administer proper storing techniques for beverages, supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Organize the bar, maintain inventory par levels, and track supplies needed for operation
