The Oak Trace community, located at 200 Village Drive in Downers Grove, Illinois, is seeking a motivated and experienced Bartender to join their esteemed Culinary team. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $15.76 to $21.69 and does not include tips. As a Bartender within Lifespace's Culinary department, you will play a vital role in creating enjoyable and personalized experiences for residents and guests by preparing and serving a range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options. You will be responsible for the entire beverage service cycle, from mixing and pouring drinks to managing inventory and ensuring the bar is well-organized and fully stocked.

Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of bartending experience preferred
- Bartender certification preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
Job Qualifications

- Two to three years of experience as bartender in a hotel or restaurant preferred
