Your primary responsibilities will include mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to Spare Time's recipes and pouring guidelines, while recommending menu items and promoting specials and upcoming events to enhance the guest's visit. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is crucial, as is operating the POS system accurately to handle all transactions. The role also involves verifying guest IDs, monitoring alcohol consumption, and adhering strictly to all safety and compliance policies. In addition to bartending duties, you'll assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and light food preparation as needed, making it a well-rounded service position.
