This particular hiring opportunity is for the role of Bartender within Red Lobster. As a Bartender, your main responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly as they get seated, preparing the bar and all necessary stations before opening, maintaining stock of beverages, mixes, and garnishes, and suggesting drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the customer experience. You will expertly prepare drinks according to recipes, using the correct glassware and garnishes, accurately take food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system, and ensure each customer is well attended to throughout their visit. Additional duties include offering refills, removing unused items promptly, providing timely check delivery and payment processing, and inviting customers to return. Maintaining adherence to all food safety standards is a critical part of this role. The physical demands of the job require the ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, and the ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail while working as part of a team.
