Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
- ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items promptly
- present and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
