Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
  • ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items promptly
  • present and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
