Job Requirements
- High-school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Candidate must be the required age of majority or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completed bartending classes preferred
- Current provincial Smart Serve Certification considered an asset
- Knowledge of drink recipes
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Job Duties
- Taking and filling drink orders, garnishing and serving drinks, collecting payment and operating POS
- Maintaining a clean work area by cleaning up after guests, removing empty bottles and trash, replacing empty beer kegs and washing glasses and utensils
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory by keeping track of wines, beers, liquors, and ordering bar supplies when required, and stocking the bar by bringing liquor bottles, mixed drink ingredients, and other bar supplies from the storeroom to the bar
- Maintaining a safe environment by checking guests' identification to ensure they meet minimum drinking age, determining when a customer has had too much alcohol, stopping service and ensuring a safe ride home is arranged, refusing service or calling police if necessary
