As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests. Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar tools
  • teamwork and attention to detail
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove unused items
  • deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
