As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play an essential role in delivering an outstanding hospitality experience to our guests. In this role, you will greet customers with a friendly smile and provide attentive service from the moment they sit down. You will prepare the bar area before opening, ensuring all pouring stations, glassware, and supplies are ready for smooth operations. Attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for accurately taking and inputting drink and food orders into the POS system while suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts that enhance the dining experience. Your mixology skills will be showcased as you prepare all drinks according to established recipes, presenting them with the appropriate glassware and garnishes.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority, so you will ensure guests receive refills as needed and maintain a clean and inviting bar area by promptly removing any unused items. At the end of each visit, you will deliver the check promptly, thank guests warmly, and invite them to return. Adherence to all food safety standards is mandatory to maintain hygiene and safety throughout your shift. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours, safely lift up to 30 pounds, and move with agility to meet customer needs efficiently.
