Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long shifts (8 to 12 hours), safely carry up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, and crouch. Job Duties
- greet guests with a smile when seated
- prepare bar stations including pour stations and glassware prior to opening
- restock beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take and enter food and drink orders in the POS system
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering refills and removing unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
