As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will warmly welcome guests with a smile, preparing the bar and stations before opening, including glassware and pour stations, restocking drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed. You will be responsible for suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts to customers, preparing all drinks according to standard recipes with proper glassware and garnishes. Accurate entry of food and beverage orders into the POS system is essential, alongside ensuring excellent customer service by offering refills and clearing away unused items. Timely delivery and settlement of bills while thanking customers and encouraging repeat visits are part of your key responsibilities. Maintaining food safety regulations is a must to provide a safe dining experience. This role requires standing for long shifts, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and working collaboratively with a detail-oriented team. Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum legal age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile upon seating
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks mixers and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of drinks appetizers and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- timely deliver and settle the bill thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
