Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- team-oriented with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar equipment
- customer service orientation
- teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipe using proper glassware and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well-served, offer drink refills, and remove unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly, thanking and inviting guests to return
- follow all food safety regulations
