Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to safely bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
