This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about delivering meaningful experiences to guests, one drink at a time. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance after an introductory period. Bartenders at our company enjoy a substantial base wage combined with tip pool earnings, which in Denver range from an average of $30 to $47 per hour, and outside Denver in Colorado, from a base wage of $14.81 per hour, with tips enhancing total earnings.
