Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • willingness to adhere to food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a bartender or in customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • familiarity with POS systems
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all beverages according to the standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any items not in use
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
