Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- willingness to adhere to food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a bartender or in customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- familiarity with POS systems
- ability to work flexible schedules
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all beverages according to the standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any items not in use
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
