Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • teamwork and attention to detail
  • basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar stations with necessary supplies before opening and replenish drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare drinks precisely according to recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended to by offering refills and clearing unused items
  • deliver and settle bills timely, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety standards
