In the role of Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and preparing the bar to the highest standards before service begins. You will ensure the bar stations are stocked with beverages, garnishes, and glassware, maintaining readiness throughout your shift. A key part of your duties includes suggesting drink pairings and upselling appetizers and desserts to enhance the guest experience. You will make each drink precisely according to company recipes, using the appropriate glasses and garnishes, and accurately entering food and drink orders into the POS system. Monitoring customer satisfaction by offering refills timely and clearing items no longer in use are also essential responsibilities. The role demands physical requirements such as the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds.
