Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to adhere to food safety standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixing techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • Restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as necessary
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering refills and clearing unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly
  • Follow all food safety regulations
