Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to adhere to food safety standards
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- Restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as necessary
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly
- Follow all food safety regulations
