This company is recognized for its sustainable practices through its EarthView program and its dedication to employee growth and wellness. With a focus on community and excellence, HHM Hotels continually strives to exceed guest expectations while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for its team members.

The role of Bartender at HHM Hotels offers a tremendous opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and customer service. This position is a pivotal part of the food and beverage team, responsible for providing guests with a friendly, courteous, and efficient experience in beverage and food service. Compensation for this role is set at $18.04 per hour, reflecting the company’s recognition of the importance of these professionals in enhancing guest satisfaction. Working as a Bartender, the individual is tasked with maintaining a clean and organized bar area, preparing and serving drinks and food orders accurately, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements such as age verification for alcohol purchase. The position also involves monitoring guest behavior to uphold service standards and responsible alcohol consumption.

Beyond the core duties, Bartenders at HHM Hotels have a clear path for career advancement, including progression to Beverage Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and ultimately Food and Beverage Manager. This role requires a dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sustainability, aligning with HHM Hotels' EarthView environmental initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in bartending or mixology, with a preference for those holding TIPS certification and Food Sanitation certification (the latter required within 90 days of employment). High school diploma is preferred but not mandatory, underscoring the company’s emphasis on practical skills and guest-focused service. HHM Hotels values individuals who are adaptable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences while contributing positively to the team atmosphere.

HHM Hotels offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company matching, daily pay options, life insurance, and programs supporting employee wellness and professional development. This ensures that staff are well-supported both professionally and personally. The work environment is dynamic, requiring flexibility with scheduling, the ability to stand for extended periods, and the capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching.

Joining HHM Hotels as a Bartender means becoming part of a vibrant hospitality community that believes deeply in the power of its people with its core values articulated as People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. This role not only offers competitive pay and benefits but also the chance to grow within a respected and forward-thinking hospitality brand committed to excellence and sustainability.
