  • Be able to serve alcohol

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Service aspects include guest relations, and the ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality
  • Take drink orders from patrons or servers and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
  • Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and beer
  • Take food orders and serve guests who dine at the bar and tables when necessary
  • Process collect and handle payments
  • Responsible for setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar including washing, sterilizing, and polishing glassware and instruments
  • Assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Promote and embrace the restaurant’s community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, outgoing nature, and a pleasant, professional appearance
  • Support the restaurant's vision and responsibility of being eco-conscious
  • Assist servers and staff as needed
  • Perform related work as requested
