- Must have at least two years of bartending experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to serve alcohol

Job Duties
- Service aspects include guest relations, and the ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality
- Take drink orders from patrons or servers and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
- Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and beer
- Take food orders and serve guests who dine at the bar and tables when necessary
- Process collect and handle payments
- Responsible for setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar including washing, sterilizing, and polishing glassware and instruments
- Assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant
- Promote and embrace the restaurant’s community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, outgoing nature, and a pleasant, professional appearance
- Support the restaurant's vision and responsibility of being eco-conscious
- Assist servers and staff as needed
- Perform related work as requested
