This role is a full-time Bartender position offering competitive wages, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance after completion of 60 days of full-time work (minimum 30 hours per week). Additionally, after one year of continuous full-time employment, employees receive two weeks of paid vacation at their regular rate of pay.

Additionally, the Bartender must skillfully operate and maintain espresso machines, utilize point-of-sale systems efficiently, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area. The role demands an eye for detail, adherence to safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies, and a commitment to professional appearance and conduct according to the company’s dress code and policies. The Bartender is expected to contribute actively to the team, assist in side work duties from opening to closing, and serve alcohol responsibly while providing top-notch full-service guest care.
