Job Requirements
- One year experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items safely
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and making recommendations as appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
