The role of a Bartender at Packo's is integral to its service operations. Job Duties

  • Cheerfully and sincerely greet each customer when making first contact
  • Ensure the safe and controlled service of all alcoholic beverages by checking identification
  • Make continual observations of customers for signs of intoxication and report to management
  • Ensure the proper and immediate ringing on computer register of all food and beverage orders
  • Ensure accurate and efficient sales transactions with good knowledge of charges and computer terminal
  • Fill beverage orders placed by server personnel for delivery to customers seated at tables
  • Provide full-table service to all tables in the bar dining room where applicable
  • Use proper measuring procedures when mixing alcohol recipe beverages
  • Serve all drinks in proper glassware with proper garnishes
  • Maintain full stock of beverage products and mixes throughout shifts
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by wiping and spraying surfaces
  • Maintain glass-wash sinks to provide clean and sanitized bar glassware
  • Tune all TVs to appropriate and approved programming
  • Develop good working relationships with coworkers to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Report irregularities to management regarding guest behavior, products, employee relations, and equipment problems
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
