Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- TAM/Alcohol Awareness card required
- Food handler safety training card required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have valid accommodation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow employee handbook and training manuals
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Possession of TAM/Alcohol Awareness card
- Completion of Food Handler Safety Training
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
- Ability to memorize menus and procedures
- Experience in cash handling and POS systems
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Greet all guests within Eureka's specified time with a warm smile
- Attend to guests' needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily to answer inquiries
- Write accurate food and drink orders using Eureka's abbreviations and POS system
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions according to company policies
- Prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards after proper ringing into the POS
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Deliver food and drink orders with correct placement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Replace beer kegs and CO2
- Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
- Assemble and dismantle work station
- Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock as necessary
