Eureka! is a dynamic and vibrant restaurant brand that thrives on delivering an exceptional dining experience grounded in the core values of Energy, Discovery, and Community. With a passion for crafting a unique local blend of America's best flavors, Eureka! invites guests to enjoy an enthusiastic and welcoming atmosphere where both the food and the service are designed to delight and inspire. At Eureka!, the emphasis is on creating a culture where employees take pride in their roles, serving with genuine passion and creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through the door. The company’s values-driven culture is energized by a team of passionate individuals dedicated to providing an outstanding hospitality experience, ensuring that every guest feels good and alive. This infectious enthusiasm and commitment to quality hospitality are not just ways of working but form the foundation of Eureka!'s identity and success in the restaurant industry.

The position open at Eureka! is that of a Bartender, a crucial role that places an individual at the forefront of guest interaction and beverage service. The bartender’s responsibility is to greet guests warmly and efficiently, provide knowledgeable service regarding craft beers, whiskeys, and other drink offerings, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar area. This role requires a personable and friendly approach combined with the ability to work swiftly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager and indirectly to other members of management, this non-exempt position calls for a candidate who embodies a positive attitude, a deep passion for the Eureka! brand, and a commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality.

Bartenders at Eureka! are expected to engage customers with a welcoming smile, assist with inquiries about the menu, operate the point-of-sale system accurately, and handle cash and credit transactions in strict accordance with company policies. The job entails learning and memorizing food and drink menus that rotate regularly to ensure guests receive up-to-date and high-quality recommendations. Moreover, bartenders contribute to the bar’s upkeep by replenishing condiments, managing beverage inventory, and performing opening and closing duties that ensure the bar is ready for service. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for prolonged periods, navigate a fast-paced workspace, and handle repetitive tasks such as cutting fruit and polishing silverware are essential aspects of this role. The position carries a requirement of compliance with state and federal laws regarding alcohol service as well as adherence to internal policies and training manuals.

Eureka! prioritizes a safe workplace, requiring that prospective employees provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or seek accommodations if necessary. The job is offered on an at-will basis, emphasizing a flexible yet committed working relationship. Working at Eureka! means being part of a lively team environment where collaboration, respect, and a passion for hospitality come together to create an exciting and fulfilling career. Individuals who thrive at Eureka! are those eager to discover new professional heights, contribute to a communal spirit, and serve a clientele that values quality and enthusiasm in every interaction.
