Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to 4 hours
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Frequent handwashing with disinfecting soap during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Must be at least 21 years old according to state law
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests and staff
- Create a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere
- Collaborate with servers to ensure timely drink delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including wearing protective gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
