Since its launch in Roseville, CA in 2022, La Popular has rapidly expanded to multiple locations including Austin, Porter Ranch, and Claremont, with plans to open more venues in the near future. This position is non-exempt and reports directly to the General Manager. The role focuses on greeting guests, providing personable and efficient service, maintaining a high level of awareness of the bar area, and delivering a service experience that reflects the brand's passion and personality. Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Possession of RBS/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Possession of Food Handler Safety Training Card
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style and friendliness
- Provide friendly, personable, and efficient service
- Maintain high awareness of the bar area
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Prepare and serve beverages following quality standards
- Observe state and federal alcohol service laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Replenish condiments and supplies as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
