This hourly, non-exempt position is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and customer service within a fast-paced, event-driven atmosphere. The Bartender will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the assigned bar area, managing all forms of payments and inventory in compliance with company policies, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The role includes directing barbacks as needed for stock replenishment and serving guests in accordance with the company’s ASM/Savor alcohol policy. In addition, the individual will maintain positive client relationships while performing other duties as assigned.\n\nThis position demands a keen attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt swiftly to changing work environments, including delays or unexpected events during live events. The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills and organizational abilities to maintain efficient bar operations while addressing customer needs professionally and courteously. Legends Global values employees who are compliant with health codes, possess a basic knowledge of bar operations and cash handling, and who have completed Alcohol Compliance Training. Passing a background check including a credit history report is also a mandatory requirement.\n\nPhysically, the role requires standing for extended periods during events, moving throughout the facility, and lifting or carrying items up to 20 pounds. The Bartender must be capable of repetitive eye and hand coordination tasks and maintaining stamina throughout the shift. Working inside or outside the venue as required is part of the job responsibilities. Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience preferred

  • Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
  • Must be compliant with health codes
  • Must complete Alcohol Compliance Training
  • Must be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements
  • Must have good oral and written communication

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down of assigned bar
