Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and standard drink recipes required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a bartender position preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills required
- Must be a self-starter who is energetic and flexible
- Certifications for Food Safety and Alcohol training certificate preferred
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, follow directions, and work well with a team
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality essential
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical ability to stand and be active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Greet and engage with all guests in a friendly, positive manner
- Sets-up, maintains and operates the bar
- Maintains safe, secure and sanitary bar area and equipment
- Adheres to standardized recipes and department rules and procedures
- Prepares garnishes to ensure freshness and quality, set up mixers, and pre-mixed drinks
- Follows opening, closing and cleaning checklists on a daily basis
- Ensure all guests have proper ID, are over 21 years of age, and that drinks are not served to intoxicated patrons
