Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lb
- Able to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Able to perform active tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including day, night, and weekends
- Demonstrate a positive and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular and fast-paced environment
- Strong team mentality with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service and necessary certifications
- Ability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality
- Create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with players and recommending drinks
- Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to serve
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
