Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile upon seating
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restocking beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- promptly deliver and settle the check, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
