Job Requirements

One year experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
capability to lift and carry heavy items safely
strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance
reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

One year experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
experience working in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and making recommendations as appropriate
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation
monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations regarding alcohol service
assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages
work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
