Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for a shift lasting 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage presentation
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
