Job Duties
- Welcome bar guests promptly and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere
- prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company standards
- maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation
- fulfill dining room beverage tickets accurately and efficiently
- follow service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences
- anticipate guest needs and provide attentive hospitality throughout service
- build positive guest interactions that reflect the 30hop brand and culture
- keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and service ready at all times
- complete opening, running, and closing sidework duties
- process guest checks and payments accurately and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar tools, equipment, and glassware
- support team members and restaurant operations as needed
- perform additional duties assigned by leadership
