Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- State required beverage service certification
Job Qualifications
- One to three months of related bartending experience or training
- State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Knowledge of drink recipes and menu items
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drinks following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all state beverage service laws and regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance guest service
