Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude required
- Comfortable initiating conversations and creating fun environment

- Count money and change accurately
- Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and mixing techniques
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Must meet professional appearance standards
- Ability to respond to visual and oral cues
- Ability to work in constricting areas
- Ability to work fast-paced, crowded and noisy environments
- Obtain RBS training certification within 60 days of employment
- High school education preferred
- Two to three years bartender experience in high volume beverage operation
- Ability to read and write in English
- Understand and interpret safety rules and instructions
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups or team members
- Add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers and American currency
- Apply common sense to problem solving
- Obtain government required licenses or certificates
- CPR and First Aid training beneficial

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

- Ability to perform operations using American money
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to obtain government required licenses or certificates such as CPR and First Aid training
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service through consistent practice and delivery of vision treating guests and colleagues with kindness, dignity and respect
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Promote gaming events and programs
- Provide personalized service and use guest names
- Resolve service problems according to guidelines
- Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to gaming guests and beverage servers
- Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- Communicate with beverage servers and present drinks to guests or servers as required
- Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils according to established guidelines and safety procedures
- Operate a cash register/POS system, ring proper amounts and give correct change
- Account for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to procedure
- Work well with others including beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, beverage supervisor, and gaming supervisor
- Maintain a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Stock beer, wine and liquor when backstock is unavailable
- Requisition all replacement inventories according to standards and obtain necessary signatures
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- Provide menu information as requested by guests
- Assist with bussing in the lounge when servers are unavailable
- Perform other duties as requested by management to ensure total guest satisfaction
