Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to follow food safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and handle multiple orders efficiently
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • Restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using correct glassware and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure the customer is well attended, offer refills and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety guidelines
