Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Willingness to follow food safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow recipes and handle multiple orders efficiently
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- Restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using correct glassware and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure the customer is well attended, offer refills and clear any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety guidelines
