Job Requirements
- At least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the work shift
- Capable of performing active physical tasks with endurance in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular, fast-paced environment
- Strong player focus with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
- Legal serving age and certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they’ll love
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance guest visits
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while maintaining a clean and stocked bar
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver excellent service ensuring every player feels like a VIP
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant
- Live and promote Topgolf’s values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring daily
