As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by providing service with a smile and expert drink preparation. This dynamic position involves welcoming guests warmly when they arrive, efficiently setting up and restocking the bar, and personally crafting drinks to exacting standards using the correct recipes and garnishes. You will suggestively sell a variety of drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest dining experience while handling orders accurately within the point of sale system. Providing attentive service throughout each guest’s visit by checking back for refills and clearing items promptly ensures satisfaction and smooth operation. Part of your responsibilities also includes timely check delivery and cordial farewells that invite guests to return. Given the physical demands of this role, you must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain on your feet for extended periods typically lasting 8 to 12 hours.
