Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- valid Mobile County Health Department Beverage/Food Handler's certification
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts
- able to lift up to 75 lbs (kegs/cases)
- flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, late nights, and afternoons
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (upscale or fine dining preferred)
- must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Mobile County Health Department Beverage/Food Handler's certification
- positive, upbeat personality with multitasking abilities under pressure
- well-versed in food safety, proper garnishing, and ingredient knowledge
- flexible schedule availability including afternoons, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Build, shake, and stir classic and creative craft cocktails
- maintain an expert knowledge of spirits, wine, and local craft beers
- create unique experiences through storytelling and personalized recommendations in a warm, professional manner
- maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- prepare fresh garnishes and manage inventory levels
- execute flawless cash handling
- adhere to all state alcohol service (TIPS) guidelines
- master our POS systems
