We are currently looking for a part-time bartender who is passionate about the art of mixology and excels in guest service. This role is perfect for someone who views bartending not just as a job, but as a performance and a craft. The bartender will serve as an ambassador of our beverage program, combining technical skill with warm, engaging hospitality. They will be responsible for creating unique experiences by blending craft cocktails with vibrant storytelling that connects with our diverse clientele.
As a part-time position offering $6 per hour plus tips, this role invites individuals who thrive in dynamic, high-energy settings and who are eager to grow professionally within an establishment that prioritizes passion, individuality, and flair. The Living Room encourages internal development and offers an environment that supports both personal and career advancement.
The bartender will manage all aspects of the beverage service, including building, shaking, and stirring both classic and innovative cocktails. Maintaining expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and local craft beers is essential to provide personalized recommendations that enhance the guest experience. Additionally, candidates will be expected to uphold operational excellence through meticulous bar maintenance, inventory management, and adhering to cash handling and state alcohol service guidelines.
Our team values safety, professionalism, and resilience. Candidates should be certified and able to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for long hours and lifting up to 75 pounds. Flexible availability is crucial, with shifts covering afternoons, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working at The Living Room means joining a culture that offers competitive benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and retirement plans with employer matching.
