Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • valid Mobile County Health Department Beverage/Food Handler's certification
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts
  • able to lift up to 75 lbs (kegs/cases)
  • flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, late nights, and afternoons

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (upscale or fine dining preferred)
  • must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Mobile County Health Department Beverage/Food Handler's certification
  • positive, upbeat personality with multitasking abilities under pressure
  • well-versed in food safety, proper garnishing, and ingredient knowledge
  • flexible schedule availability including afternoons, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Build, shake, and stir classic and creative craft cocktails
  • maintain an expert knowledge of spirits, wine, and local craft beers
  • create unique experiences through storytelling and personalized recommendations in a warm, professional manner
  • maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
  • prepare fresh garnishes and manage inventory levels
  • execute flawless cash handling
  • adhere to all state alcohol service (TIPS) guidelines
  • master our POS systems
