Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- effective communication skills
- ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- capacity to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- frequent hand washing with disinfectant
- adherence to company health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old per state law
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience in bartending or alcohol service preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- customer service oriented
- knowledge of health and safety practices in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- create a friendly and engaging bar environment
- communicate effectively with staff and customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- support servers by timely delivering drinks
- handle customer requests professionally and efficiently
