Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- TABC certification or equivalent responsible beverage service certification
- proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience
- strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- confidence with POS systems and cash handling

Job Duties
- Craft and serve beverages with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- deliver exceptional, engaging guest service at all times
- maintain bar setup, inventory, and cleanliness to high standards
- operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and company policies
- anticipate guest needs and build relationships with regulars
