The Bartender role at HHM Hotels is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. This position involves serving beverages and food promptly and courteously, ensuring that guests receive an outstanding hospitality experience. Employees in this role are expected to complete various side work duties before shift completion, assist with beverage inventory, and follow sustainability initiatives endorsed by HHM Hotels' EarthView program. Maintaining safety standards by wearing protective equipment and complying with OSHA guidelines is essential.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior bartending or mixology experience or equivalent training, with a high school diploma preferred. Certification such as TIPS and a Food Sanitation certificate are advantageous, with the latter required within ninety days of employment. Additional perks include travel discounts, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, professional development opportunities, and referral bonuses.

Candidates should expect a variable work schedule, including holidays and weekends, and the physical demands of the job such as standing for long periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. At HHM Hotels, the core values of People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It, guide the workplace culture and service philosophy.
