Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
Job Qualifications
- prior bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- knowledge of mixology and beverage programs
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- maintain high service standards consistent across all shifts
- prepare and serve beverages according to the curated beverage program
- engage with guests to enhance their experience and provide personalized recommendations
- uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
