Job Duties
- greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
- make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- conduct wine service
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- ensure compliance with all state and federal alcohol regulations
- work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service
