Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- possess necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- physically able to perform active tasks throughout the shift
- willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-energy environment
- ability to craft and serve a variety of beverages
- strong customer service skills
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- compliance with responsible beverage service laws where required
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality
- create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with players and recommending drinks
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- keep the bar area neat, stocked, and operational
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- maintain safety and sanitation standards at the bar
